The Korea Football Association held a business agreement ceremony with the Ministry of Education at Balsan Elementary School in Dangha-dong, Incheon on the 28th. Through this agreement, we plan to provide various support while revitalizing school sports and helping Neulbom School.
On this day, President Chung Mong-kyu, Jurgen Klinsmann (Germany) men’s soccer team coach, and Colin Bell (England) women’s national soccer team coach attended the signing ceremony. Representing the Ministry of Education, Lee Joo-ho, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, was present. After the business agreement ceremony, a mini soccer game was held.
Neulbom School is a system prepared by the government to ‘strengthen national education responsibility’ and allows parents to leave their children at school from morning to evening if they wish. The pilot project is currently underway and will be implemented nationwide from 2025.
The Korea Football Association agreed on the need for customized education to strengthen national responsibility for education and care and foster future generations, and decided to cooperate in revitalizing school physical education and Neulbom School. According to this agreement, the association will support the vitalization of school sports and school sports clubs, and provide support such as providing physical education programs and manpower pools at Neulbom School.
